ABOUT
Monica began her love affair with yoga while pregnant with the first of her two children. She has been active in the LA yoga community since 2004, and has been teaching since 2012. She currently resides in LA County in the beautiful foothills of the San Gabriel mountains with her 2 kids, 3 cats, 1 dog, and 1 husband.
